A Joyful Noise Learning Center, Inc. is a ministry of the Community Church of Hayward, an outreach to children and their families. The vision of this program is to minister to the needs of the whole child, mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially in a safe, loving environment. We have chosen Psalm 100:1 “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord….”, because we are committed to provide a joyful learning experience that nurtures and prepares every child with a love for learning. We believe that a Christian school is a place where academic instruction of the highest quality is provided in such a way that God’s love will truly surround and uplift each child. We provide a Christian environment that consists of Bible stories, songs, and prayers with child participation, if s/he desires.
The Mission of the Center is:
To teach mutual respect that reflects sensitivity to issues of diversity, both ethnic and developmental.
To provide an environment with a foundation of love, security and safety so that the children are at ease, comfortable and receptive to learn.
To nurture and support the whole child in a childcare program that is sensitive and responsive to the child’s individual needs. We value the development of the child’s self esteem, physical development, and problem solving skills, communication skills, creativity, curiosity, and cognitive skills.
To provide families with a consistency of care for preschool children age 2-5 years as well as provide Before and After School Care for registered students of Elementary Schools that are located in our community..
To support quality care with quality teachers. We value a dedicated staff who reflect on the importance of their work and seek to develop relationships with children, parents and each other.
